Why should I buy a WonderEar hearing aid?

Are WonderEar hearing aids FDA registered?
Yes, WonderEar devices are FDA registered, Class I, which means that our devices are real hearing aids, as opposed to PSAP devices or amplifiers.
Are WonderEar devices "real" hearing aids?
All of our devices are real hearing aids, with numerous settings to fit each individual hearing loss case.
Why does WonderEar not have a physical store where I can try before buying?
In an effort to cut out the middleman and save you money, we have eliminated all unnecessary costs. This allows us to pass on the savings to you and sell quality devices for a fraction of the price.
Before Buying A Device
I wear eyeglasses/mask/oxygen, can I still use WonderEar?
Yes you can, all WonderEar devices are designed to fit well with eyeglasses and masks.
Do I need a prescription or a hearing test in order to purchase?
You don't need a prescription or even an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aids. Our technology allows you to pick different modes and volume settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears.
How will I know if the device will be a good fit?
Each device is sent with a few sets of ear-domes of different types and sizes, over 95% of people can find a perfect fitting ear-dome.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the US takes 1-3 business days to fulfill, and 3-7 business days to be delivered to your house.
Where do you ship from?
We are shipping orders from our logistic center, which is in Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are shipping all over the world.
What happens if I'm not completely satisfied with my hearing aids?
If at any time, within the first 45 days of use and you’re not happy with your WonderEar, please contact our Customer Support at (866) 431-0234 or you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return process.

What protocols are being followed to ensure item(s) are safe?
WonderEar follows all government and American Public Health Association advice. Our team’s and your safety is our number one priority. All staff wear face masks and gloves and regularly wash their hands. We rigorously clean our packaging facilities.
Is Covid-19 impacting delivery times/dates?
