All products must be in perfect condition AND include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Products returned without a RMA number will incur a twenty percent (20%) No-RMA Fee.
If your product is defective, immediately let our Customer Service know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, accessories, protection plans, and products damaged due to customer error. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.
