Based on the latest medical research, WonderEar recommends trying your hearing aids for a minimum of 21 days. The purpose is to give your brain and nervous system enough time to adjust to the improved sound quality provided by the hearing aids.
- Clean the earwax guards, microphones, and tubes (if applicable)
- Insert new batteries
- Make sure the device is switched on and is not set to the Telecoil function
All products must be in perfect condition AND include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Products returned without a RMA number will incur a thirty percent (30%) No-RMA Fee.
We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, accessories, and products damaged due to customer error. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns. The 45 day trial period will start from the purchase date. If you decide to return a product, the mailing date should be no later than 45 days after the date the hearing aids were purchased.
